摘要
多环芳烃(PAHs) 由于其致癌性和致突变性而受到广泛关注.文中介绍了多环芳烃在环境中的来源、分布和去向.环境中的多环芳烃主要来源于植物合成和化石燃料的燃烧.以往的研究表明多环芳烃在大气、土壤和植物中的浓度分别为1 ~610 μg/m3 、103 ~106 μg/kg 和20 ~1 000 μg/kg .实验室研究表明某些植物能富集环境中的多环芳烃,并在植物体内移植.淋洗方法不能有效地去除多环芳烃对蔬菜的污染.然而,环境中的多环芳烃可以通过光化学氧化和土壤微生物的活动而被降解.
Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons(PAHs)have recieved popular attention due to their carcinogenic or mutagenic nature.The paper introduces the sources,distribution and fate of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons in the environment.PAHs in the environment are primarily from fossil fuel burning and plant synthesis.Reported PAHs corcerntration in the air,soil and vegetation ranged from 0.11 to 610 μg/m 3,10 3~10 6 μg/kg and 20~1 000 μg/kg respectively.Controlled experiments demonstrated PAHs uptake by plant leaves and roots and subsequent translocation to other plant parts.Washing leaves of vegetation contaminated with PAHs cann't effectively remove the PAHs contamination.However,PAHs in the environment can be degraded by soil microorganisms and by photo-chemical oxidation.
