N2-NSCLC的淋巴结转移规律及清扫范围探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨可切除肺癌胸内N2淋巴结合理的清扫范围。方法对行解剖学下肺切除加同侧淋巴结廓清N2-NSCLC 246例进行分析N2淋巴结转移的特点和规律。结果 246例肺癌有376组纵隔淋巴结转移,其中上纵隔198组,下纵膈178组,肺癌N2转移较多的是3、4、7组,最少为1组。鳞癌以1组N2淋巴结转移居多数,腺癌则以>2组居多,占48.6%;大细胞和其他类型,均≥2组居多。存在跳跃式纵隔淋巴结转移23例,主要集中在4、5、7组淋巴结。结论肺切除术时施行系统性胸内淋巴结清扫是必要的。
