摘要
目的总结可塑性跟骨钛钢板内固定治疗跟骨骨折的疗效。方法回顾性分析益阳市人民医院自2006年6月至2009年11月SandersⅡ~Ⅳ型跟骨骨折37例患者采用手术切开复位可塑性跟骨钛钢板内固定术的疗效。结果所有病例均获随访,按Marylangfoodscore评分标准评价术后功能,本组病例中优28足,良15足,可2足。结论手术切开复位,可塑性跟骨钛钢板治疗SandersⅡ~Ⅳ型跟骨骨折是一种有效的治疗方法。
Objective To Summary the clinical results of the application of open reduction and plasticity titanium plate in the treatment of calcaneal fracture.Methods A retrospective analysis of Ⅱ-Ⅳ Sanders 37 cases of calcaneal fracture patients treated by open reduction and plasticity titanium plate fixation in Yiyang Municipal Hospital from Jun 2006 to dec 2009 was carried out.Result All patients were followed-up by Marylang foot scope postoperative function system,among the 37cases,excellent 28 cases,good in 15case,improvement in 2 cases.Conclusion Open reduction surgery,titanium plate fixation for the treatment of Sanders Ⅱ-Ⅳ calcaneal fracture is an effective method.
