摘要
结合液压机所生产产品的缺陷及其成因,分析液压机液压系统在压力控制、流量控制上的设计缺陷,采用排除液压系统压力干涉、增加液压缸流量控制的改进措施,实践证明,相应的改进措施能有效地提高液压机性能。
In combination with the defects and the cause of products pressed by hydropress the design defects of hydraulic system about pressure and flow control were analyzed,the attractive measure for excluding press interference of hydraulic system and increasing the flow control of cylinder were applied.Practice has proved that by taking the attractive measure the performance of hydropress could be increased.
