摘要
目的探讨牙体应用未经药物暂封的根管治疗是否优于经药物暂封的根管治疗。方法随机将160例需做根管治疗的患者分为两组,每组80例,分别行未经药物暂封的根管治疗及经药物暂封根管治疗。根据临床观察比较两组患者术后2周及术后半年疗效及并发症情况。结果术后2周未经药物暂封的根管疗效显著好于经药物暂封根管疗效(P<0.05),术后半年未经药物暂封的根管疗效和经药物暂封根管疗效无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论根管治疗可选用药物消毒暂封和未经药物暂封的方法,近期疗效未经药物暂封较好,远期疗效无差别。
Objective To discuss whether the teeth root canal treatment which is applied without drugs disinfection cutting seal is better than that with drugs.Methods 160 patients who needed the root canal treatment were randomly divided into 2 groups,80 cases each.Treat the root canal without drugs disinfection cutting seal and with drugs disinfection cutting seal.Based on clinical manifestations,compare those efficacy and complications on 2 weeks and half a year after treatment.Results After 2 weeks of operation,the effect of root canal treatment without drugs cutting seal is significantly better than those with drug cutting seal（P〈0.05）.After half a year,there is no significant difference between them（P〉0.5）.Conclusion The root canal treatment can use methods with drug cutting seal and without drug cutting seal,treatment without drug disinfection cutting seal is better in short-term efficacy,but there is no difference in long-term efficacy.
