摘要
目的评估片段弓矫治技术结合剩余间隙矫治前牙列拥挤的临床效果。方法对36例前牙列轻度拥挤的错畸形早期患者,利用乳恒牙替换时的剩余间隙,采用片段弓矫治技术远中移动恒前磨牙或片切第2乳磨牙近中,为前牙排齐获得有效间隙后行全牙列调整。结果 36例患儿经治疗后上下牙列排列整齐,前牙覆覆盖关系正常,平均疗程11个月,随访1～6年无复发。结论利用剩余间隙对早期前牙列轻度拥挤的病例进行矫治,可达到缩短疗程、简化程序,恢复正常覆覆盖关系的目的。
Objective Evaluated the effect of anterior teeth malainement treated by segment arch technique combine residual spaces.Methods The therapy of segment arch technique combine residual spaces was applied to 36 patients with light malalinement in mixed dentition.We moved the first premolar distal or sliced the proximal surface of second deciduous molar to achieve effected spaces,and then adjust the full dentition.Results After 11 months of treatment,36 patients had obtained tidy teeth and good overbite relation.There is no recurrence with check for 1-6 years.Conclusion The patients of light malalinement in mixed dentition treated by residual spaces could be shorten treatment period and obtained good overbite relation.
