摘要
介绍了沈阳市目前各类环境噪声污染现状,从规划、法规、管理、审批等方面客观地分析其污染产生的原因,并提出合理化对策和建议,为沈阳市噪声环境管理工作提供借鉴。
This paper introduces the situation of all kinds of environmental noise pollution,analyzes the causes of the pollution objectively from the aspects of planning,regulations,management and approving,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to provide references for environmental noise management in Shenyang.
