摘要
[目的]观察甘温除热法治疗复发性口疮的疗效。[方法]以甘温除热代表方剂补中益气汤为主方结合辨证论治加减治疗复发性口疮28例。[结果]连续服药4周后,症状明显改善,治愈15例,有效10例,无效3例,总有效率89.3%。[结论]运用甘温除热法结合辨证治疗复发性口疮,标本兼治,疗效确切,效果明显。
[ Objective ] Method with drugs of sweet flavor and warm nature of the treatment of complicated ulcer treatment efficacy. [Method] Method with drugs of sweet flavor and warm nature on behalf of prescriptions with diagnosis and treatment was prescribed Buzheng Yiqi Tang Treating 28 cases of RAU. [ Results ] After 4 weeks of continuous medication, symptoms improved, cured 15 cases, 10 cases and 3 cases, total effective rate 89.3%. [ Conclusion] The method with drugs of sweet flavor and warm nature and TCM treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer, treating the symptoms, and effective, the effect is obvious.
