The high-speed development of information techniques brings about limitless vitality for library cause.We should grasp the opportunity and ,under the network environment,utilize the features and superiority of library itself,develop various databases possessing users and demands,and participate market competition in order to make modernized libraries and traditional libraries coexist and complement with each other and shoulder the duties and historic missions which the future has entrusted to the libraries.
