摘要
本文阐述了信息化的概念、意义、企业信息化的体系结构以及信息化与物质生产活动的关系，讨论了企业信息化的三个要素，提出了推进企业信息化的四项措施。
The concept of Business Informationzation, System Structure and relation to Physical Production are illustrated, and three key factors for Informationzation and their relations are discussed in the paper. Four major Principles in strategic planning for Informationzation are presented.
