摘要
按照高等职业教育高技能应用型人才培养目标,根据养殖企业的用人标准与职业资格标准,通过组建课程教学团队、重构课程内容、编写特色教材、改革教学方法与手段、完善考核体系、实施校外工学结合等措施,进行牧场规划设计与家畜环境卫生课程建设与改革,提高了教学质量和效果,实现了高职畜牧兽医专业人才培养与牧场生产岗位的零距离对接。
According to the training objectives of hi-tech talents in higher vocational education,the occupational qualification and employment standards of enterprise,the curriculum of ＂Farm planning/design and animal sanitation＂ was developed and reformed via the organization of teaching team,the reorganization of curriculum contents,the compilation of characteristic text books,the reform of the on-campus teaching methods,the improvement of examination system,implementation of extramural work-integrated learning.In this way the teaching quality and results were raised and the talent training joined to farm production at zero-distance.
