摘要
本文通过回顾数字图书馆近 10年的发展历程 ,阐述了我国建设数字图书馆的迫切性 ,探讨了数字图书馆的定义、特征、体系结构、工作原理、相关技术和组织管理等问题 ,并对我国数字图书馆建设中的一些问题提出了建议和对策。
