摘要
目的:探讨植物多糖的各种提取分离方法,以期为植物多糖研究者提供参考依据。方法:根据实际工作经验并参考近几年的文献,从多糖的提取效率、分离纯化的效果以及多糖的活性等方面,对植物多糖的各种提取分离方法的优缺点进行分析。结果与结论:通过比较优缺点,可以有效地选出一种较佳的植物多糖的提取分离方法。
OBJECTIVE ： To discuss various extraction and isolation methods of plant polysaccharides so as to provide a refer- ence for plant polysaccharide study. METHODS： Based on practical experience and pertinent literature in recent years, the advan- tages and disadvantages of various extraction and isolation methods of plant polysaccharides were analyzed from aspect5 of extrac- tion efficiency, purification effect and the activity of polysaccharides, etc. RESULTS＆CONCLUSION： It is effective to select an optimal method for the extraction and isolation of plant polysaccharides by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various extraction and isolation methods of plant polysaccharides.
