摘要
目的:通过监测孕早期和孕中晚期的胎儿宫内行为的改变,预测其中枢神经系统的发育。方法:应用彩色多普勒超声仪的实时三维功能,分别观察孕早期(孕1115周)、孕中期(孕2024周)及孕晚期(孕2933周)胎儿的宫内行为(包括头、口、躯干、手、腿的动作)并对其发生率进行评价。结果:随着孕周的进展,各种胎儿行为的发生率呈现不同的改变趋势。结论:如果孕晚期过多的发生孕早期的胎儿行为。
Objective:To predict the development of fetal central nervous system by monitoring the changes of fetal intrauterine behaviors at first,second and third trimester of pregnancy.Methods:Real-time three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasonography was used to observe fetal intrauterine behaviors(including head,mouth,torso,hands,legs movements) at first trimester of pregnancy(1115 gestational weeks),second and third trimester of pregnancy(2933 gestational weeks),and the incidence was evaluated.Results:The incidences of all kinds of fetal intrauterine behaviors showed different trends with the progress of gestational weeks.Conclusion:Excess fetal behaviors(first trimester of pregnancy) at third trimester of pregnancy indicate imperfection or defect of fetal central nervous system.
