袋鼠式护理对早产儿摄入量和母乳喂养率的影响 被引量：22

摘要 目的：探讨袋鼠式护理对早产儿摄入量及母乳喂养的影响。方法：将胎龄32～34周、生命体征稳定的早产儿随机分为观察组与对照组各30例，分别实行袋鼠式护理和常规护理，记录和比较2组早产儿的摄入量及母乳喂养的情况。结果：实行袋鼠式护理的早产儿摄入量及母乳喂养率与对照组相比有统计学差异。结论：袋鼠式护理可促进早产儿摄入量的增加，提高纯母乳喂养率。
