179株结核分枝杆菌药敏试验结果分析 被引量:4

Analysis of drug sensitivity tests in 179 mycobacterium tuberculosis strains

摘要 目的:了解杭州地区肺结核病人的耐药情况。方法:采用比例法对191株痰培养阳性菌株进行4种一线抗结核药的敏感性试验和菌型鉴定。结果:179株结核分枝杆菌共检出耐药菌96株(53.63%),其中耐多药菌67株(37.43%),12株为非结核分枝杆菌。结论:杭州地区肺结核病人的耐药情况比较严重,应采取有效措施进行控制。 Objective:To understand the situation of drug resistance of mycobacterium tuberculosis(MTB) in Hangzhou pulmonary tuberculosis cases.Methods: A total of 191 strains of mycobacterium were tested for resistance by the proportion method and identified.Results: 179 strains were found MTB,among which 96(53.63%) strains were drug resistance and 67(37.43%) strains were multi-drug resistance.12 strains were identified nontuberculous mycobacterium(NTB).Conclusion: The situation of drug resistance in Hangzhou pulmonary tuberculosis cases is serious,effective measures should be taken to control it.
