井下套管柱是石油钻采作业中心必不可少的部分,其质量直接影响到钻井作业的成败和油气井的使用寿命。螺纹联接部分是套管柱中最薄弱的环节,据统计,86% 的套管失效发生在螺纹联接部分。紧螺纹的扭矩、圈数及转速和螺纹密封脂、螺纹加工精度等都是影响螺纹联接质量的重要因素。下套管作业是最后一道关口,必须通过科学的作业方法,先进的仪器设备及严格、规范的管理来确保下井管柱的质量。本文在阐述影响石油套管螺纹联接质量的基础上,着重介绍了大港油田专业化下套管服务公司在石油套管下井作业实施过程中,对套管螺纹联接质量的监测、控制和评价方法及在实施作业过程中的体会和认识。
Bottomhole casing strings are essential in oil drilling and production operations.The quality of casing strings affect directly drilling operations and the life of oil wells.Casing threads are the weakest points of casing strings.According to statistics,86% of all the casing failures emerge at the thread connections.The makeup torque,rounds and rotary rate,as well as thread sealing grease and thread processing precision are all important elements affecting connection quality of casings.Since casing-running is the last critical step,we must ensure the quality of bottomhole casing strings by using scientific opertion methods,advanced instruments and equipment,and strick,standard management.On the basis of elaborating the factors affecting casing thread connection quality,the article emphasizes the methods of monitoring,controlling and evaluating casing thread connection quality,also introduces some experience and knowledge got from SCTSC′S (Specialized Casing-running Technical Service Company) practice on site.
