摘要
本文采用高能高速等离子喷涂方法制备了纳米Al2O3-13%TiO2(质量分数)涂层。通过X射线衍射法(XRD)分析了涂层物相成分,利用电子扫描显微镜(SEM)观察涂层截面组织形貌,并测量涂层显微硬度与结合强度。结果表明:该涂层具有独特的显微组织结构;涂层的维氏显微硬度达到了1 134HV0.1;结合强度超过64 MPa。
In this paper, nano-Al2O3-13%TiO2coating was prepared by High velocity plas- ma spraying method. The phase constitution and cross-section microstructure of the coatings were investigated by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Micro-hardness and bonding strength of the coatings were also measured. The results show that: the coating hasa unique with Vickers micro-hardness of 1 134HV0.1 and bonding strength more than 64 MPa.
