摘要
根据国内外无石棉密封材料的发展和应用，采用橡胶模压工艺，以芳砜纶纤维代替石棉纤维作为增强材料，研制开发了一种无石棉垫片密封板材，并利用正交试验设计法研究了影响材料基本性能的主要因素。
The asbestos-free gasketing m aterial w as m anufactured by the polysulfonam ide fiber instead of as- bestos.The optim um form ulation and technologicalparam eters of the m aterials were screened by the orthogonal design m ethod.The results show thatthe new m aterialcharacterisbetterand can substitute asbestosrubbersheet in the certain range.
