摘要
建立了小型固定流化床汽提评价装置研究待生催化剂汽提过程的方法,评定了催化裂化及其家族工艺RFCC、ARGG、DCC 工业待生催化剂的汽提效果。结果表明,DCC待生剂上焦炭中可汽提碳较少;ARGG 待生剂居中;而RFCC待生剂汽提效果较差,焦炭中可汽提碳较多。汽提的影响因素中温度起着决定性的作用,随着汽提温度的提高,汽提效果明显改善;汽提时间有较大影响,但时间过长作用不大;增加汽提介质的用量有利于汽提效果的改善;催化剂的结构性质对汽提效果有较大的影响。待生催化剂吸附的烃类会在高温汽提过程中裂化并释放出氢和轻烃。
A laboratory method was established to measure the spent catalysts stripping efficiency of FCC family technologies. Stripping effects of FCC and its family technologies, such as RFCC, ARGG and DCC were compared. The sequence of stripping efficiency was DCC followed by ARGG and RFCC. The effects of various stripping conditions, such as stripping temperature, residence time, and steam amount were investigated. It was concluded that steam efficiency was obviously increased by temperature raised; either longer residence time or more steam injection all improved the stripping, and catalyst structure also influenced the stripping effect. The hydrocarbons adsorbed on the spent catalyst were cracked under high temperature stripping, and released hydrogen and lighter hydrocarbons, thus the coke deposition and its hydrogen content were reduced.
