摘要
针对连续重整预处理单元开工以来存在的一系列问题,诸如拔头油硫含量高和氯腐蚀严重等进行了技术改造。改造结果达到预期目的,在保证精制油质量的前提下,能超设计负荷正常生产,拔头油中的硫含量可降低到20 μg/g 以下,在高空速下脱氯率可达80% 左右,为装置安、稳、长、满。
Technical transform aimed at solving a series of problems of the pretreating section of a CCR, such as high sulfur content in topped oil and chlorine corrosion of equipment, etc., was carried out and expected results were obtained. On the premise of producing qualified refined oil, the sulfur content of the topped oil can be less than 20μg/g, and the dechlorination rate was around 80% under high space velocity. The transform enabled the unit to realize safe, stable, full capacity and long term running.
