摘要
介绍炼油装置中高温高压临氢管道产生腐蚀的形态,并对腐蚀产生的机理、影响因素及材料的回火脆性作了概要的分析和讨论。提出材料选用时应考虑的问题及相应的对策。
The corrosion types of the piping with hydrogen gas at high temperature and pressure in refining units are introduced . In addition, the corrosion mechanisms and affecting factors of these problems and temper embrittlement of material are analyzed and discussed briefly. The special considerations in the material selection and protection countermea-sure are presented too.
