摘要
实验以空气为氧化剂,以负载型氧化铜为催化剂,研究了正己醇气固相催化氧化合成正己醛的过程。对主催化剂、助催化剂、催化剂载体进行了筛选,考察了反应温度、液空时速、催化剂稳定期等工艺条件对反应的影响。实验结果表明,负载型催化剂CuO-MgO/Al_2O_3可用于催化氧化正己醇过程,主催化剂、助催化剂与载体的比例为m(CuO):m(MgO):m(Al_2O_3)=5:5:90,在反应温度260℃、常压、液空时速2.5 h、反应时间3 h的条件下,反应转化率为69.9%,目的产物选择性为46.6%。
The conversion of hexanol to hexanal over supported copper oxide with air as oxidant had been investigated.The main catalysts,co-catalysts and catalyst supports were screened.Also the influences of reaction temperature,space velocity and catalyst stability on hexanol to hexanal were evaluated. The results showed that CuO-MgO/Al_2O_3 catalyst possessed good reactivity for hexanol oxidation at m(CuO):m(MgO):m(Al_2O_3) =5:5:90.Under the conditions of reaction temperature 260℃,atmospheric pressure,space velocity 2.5 h^(-1) and reaction time 3 h,the conversion of hexanol and the selectivity to hexanal could reach 69.9%and 46.6%respectively.
