新型壳聚糖/DNS杂化材料的制备及对重金属Pb^(2+)的吸附性能研究

摘要 在乙醚介质中,通过丁二酸酐与γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷改性后的纳米SiO2(即可分散的纳米SiO2,简称DNS)反应,合成了羧基化的DNS,经过壳聚糖与羧基化的DNS脱水生成酰胺的过程,制备了壳聚糖/DNS杂化材料。通过红外光谱、扫描电镜和热重分析对杂化材料进行表征。研究了壳聚糖及杂化材料微粒吸附Pb2+时pH值、时间、用量对吸附量的影响,结果表明其吸附最佳条件为:pH=5,吸附时间为120min,吸附剂的投加量为0.1g。杂化材料与壳聚糖同样具有甚至更强的吸附Pb2+的能力,其吸附量可达0.9377mmol.g-1。 In the medium of aether, carboxyl DNS was prepared by the reaction between carboxylic anhydride and nano-SiO2 modified with r-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane (the dispersible nano-SiO2, DNS) . Then ehitosan/ DNS hybrid materials was synthesized by mixed carboxyl DNS particles and chitosan through dehydration to acyl amine . The hybrid materials were characterized with FTIR, SEM and TG. By the experiment, three factors such as pH, adsorption time and dosage of composite adsorption on Pb^2^+ were investigated. The best adsorption conditions were the pH value 5, the adsorption time 120min, and the dosage of adsorption 0.1 g. Hybrid material had strongly adsorption ability on Pb^2^+ as chitosan , which adsorption quantity was 0. 9368 mmol·g^-^1.
