摘要
以回收聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(r-PET)为基体材料,丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)为增强材料,添加相容剂A,通过挤出、注塑成型方法制备r-PET/ABS共混合金材料。用SEM观察分析r-PET/ABS共混体系形态结构,用差示扫描量热法(DSC)对r-PET/ABS共混体系的结晶性能进行了表征,并对其力学性能进行分析测试。结果表明:r-PET/ABS共混合金为两相共连续结构,相容剂A的加入能改善r-PET/ABS共混合金两相界面,细化两相结构,增容效果良好;r-PET/ABS共混合金材料较纯r-PET熔融温度下降4.9℃,结晶温度升高23.7℃,结晶速度明显加快;含2%相容剂A的r-PET/ABS共混合金材料,与纯r-PET相比,拉伸强度提高45.14%,断裂伸长率提高60.42%,弯曲强度提高72.15%,缺口冲击强度提高29.19%,力学性能较大幅度提高。
Novel blends of recycled poly(ethylene terephthalate)/acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene(r-PET/ABS) were prepared by extrusion and injection molding. By contrasting with r-PET, the blends' morphology, crystalline behavior and mechanical properties were investigated. SEM studies of the fracture surface exhibited that r-PET and ABS morphologies appeared to be continuous throughout the structure. Besides, compatibilizer A might help the phases of blends disperse better and had great effect in improving the compatibility among the phases. By blending with ABS the melting temperature of the r-PET was decreased by 4.9℃, crystallization temperature increased markedly by 23.7℃, besides crystalline rate of the r-PET increased evidently. Added with 2wt% of compatibilizer A, mechanical properties of the blend improved apparently and comprehensively compared with r-PET: the tensile strength, fracture elongation, flexural strength, notched Izod impact strength were increased by 45.14%, 60.42%, 72.15% and 29.19%, respectively.
