物理和化学因素在诱发金黄地鼠舌癌形成中的意义

摘要 目的:证实在诱发恶性肿瘤癌变过程中物理和化学因素能协同诱癌剂起重要作用。方法:二甲基苯并蒽( D M B A)涂抹金黄地鼠舌粘膜的同时分别使用拔髓针刺破粘膜和2 g/ L过氧化苯甲酰局部涂抹相同部位,每周2 次,共25 周。结果:单纯涂药组成瘤率90% (9/10),2 实验组均为100% (30/30),3 组动物均经历了上皮异常增生、原位癌、浸润癌几个阶段,2 实验组成瘤时间较单纯涂药组平均短2~4 周。且有4 只实验组金黄地鼠出现颈淋巴结转移。三者在大体标本和组织学上无差异,镜下呈高分化鳞状细胞癌表现。结论:局部创伤和过氧化苯甲酰能促进 D M B A 诱发金黄地鼠舌癌形成。在进行流行病学调查、癌变发生和预防上应考虑物理和化学因素对癌形成的促进作用。 bjective:To confirm the function of physical and chemical factors in the carcinogenesis of tongue in golden Syrian hamster.Methods:Wounding and/or 2 g/L benzoyl peroxide in acetone solution were applied to the right tongue border of golden Syrian hamster followed by smearing of 0.05 g/L 7,12 dimethybenzanth rancene (DMBA) in acetone twice a week for 25 weeks.Results:The carcinogenesis rate was 90%(9/10) in DMBA treated group,while it was 100%(30/30) in the two combinatively treated groups,4 of 60 cases in both groups had the lymph node metastasis.Three stage development,hyperplasia of epithelium cells,carcinoma in situ and invasive carcinoma,was observed in all the groups,but it was 2~4 weeks shorter in combinatively treated groups than in DMBA treated group.Histologically,all the induced tumors were highly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma.Conclusion:Wounding and benzoyl peroxide can increase the carcinogenesis induced by DMBA in hamster tongue.
