摘要
目的:探讨经尿道气化电切术用于浅表性膀胱肿瘤的治疗效果。方法:选择2002年3月～2010年6月本院收治的浅表性膀胱癌患者138例,均行经尿道气化电切术。结果:全部患者均1次切除成功,平均手术时间为23min,无严重并发症。术后随访率为83.3%(115/138),随访时间3～24个月,复发率为22.6%(26/115),其中2例复发患者行膀胱全切除术。结论:经尿道气化电切术具有损伤小、恢复快、并发症少及操作简单等优点,疗效确切,可作为浅表性膀胱癌的有效治疗手段,值得临床推广。
Objective： To investigate the effects of transurethral electrovaporization for superfic bladder tumors. Methods： 138 cases were our hospital from March 2002 to June 2010, performed with superficial bladder tumors. Results： The tumor was resected once for all cases, the mean operative time was 23 minutes, and no serious complications, postoperative follow-up rate was 83.3% （115/138）, the recurrence rate of 22.6% （26/115）, 2 cases of recurrence ipatients with total resection of bladder. Conclusion： Transurethral electrovaporization have advantages of minor unjury, rapid recovery, fewer complications and simple operation, can be used as an effective clinical treatment with superficial bladder tumors.
