核磷蛋白基因突变与急性髓系白血病研究进展

摘要 核磷蛋白（NPM）是位于核仁颗粒区的一种多功能核仁磷酸化蛋白质，能穿梭于核仁、核质和胞质之间，在细胞的生命活动中发挥重要作用，并可通过多种信号通路调节细胞增殖和凋亡，参与多种肿瘤的发生。
