外伤性脾破裂保脾治疗体会 被引量：2

摘要 目的总结外伤性脾破裂保留脾脏（或脾组织）的体会。方法根据症状、体征、影像学检查结果及术中所见判定脾破裂分级。非手术治疗6例,行脾破裂脾修补术8例,脾部分切除术10例,14例（其中6例为儿童患者）脾切除术同时行脾组织大网膜内移植术。结果术后1例发生脾部分切除术创面渗血,再次行剖腹缝扎止血治愈。其余病例均顺利康复。对32例患者（其中5例为儿童）进行随访,随访2~8 a,无1例发生暴发性感染。结论根据症状、体征、影像学检查结果及术中所见判定脾破裂分级。根据脾破裂分级尽量采取保脾措施,以免发生暴发性感染。
