繁殖期中华鳖输卵管5种酶的组织化学研究 被引量:1

摘要 应用组织化学反应显示繁殖期中华鳖输卵管碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、碳酸酐酶(CA)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)以及三磷酸腺苷酶(ATPase)的分布特点,在组织和细胞水平上分析这些酶的分布意义。结果显示,5种酶在繁殖期的输卵管中均有分布,但在各段组织中的反应部位及反应强弱不同。ALP主要分布于血管壁和腺体胞质,在排卵期的子宫部和有精子储存的部位,阳性反应较强;ACP主要分布于输卵管上皮和腺体;CA在各段上皮的纤毛和固有膜的腺体均有分布,但在精子储存部位反应较弱;CAT在各段腺体呈阳性反应,尤其储精小管的腺体反应较强;ATPase在各段上皮纤毛及固有膜腺体阳性反应较强。表明,这些酶在卵子的形成、运输以及精子储存等分泌具有一定生物学作用。
