摘要
"阳微阴弦"出自《金匮要略.胸痹心痛短气病脉篇》。"阳微阴弦"是对胸痹心痛病因病机的高度概括。"阳微"即是本虚,"阴弦"即是标实。冠心病的病机特点总属"本虚标实",心脾、肾阳气亏虚是发病之本,而阴寒、痰浊、瘀血是发病之标,由此提出温阳益气,化痰祛瘀是治疗冠心病的主要治则。
