摘要
目的 探讨阿霉素、丝裂霉素、５氟尿嘧啶联合化疗对激素抗拒的前列腺癌的疗效。 方法 １９９５ 年４ 月至１９９８ 年７ 月治疗１５ 例对激素抗拒的前列腺癌病人。随访５ ～２４ 个月，平均１０个月。 结果 ＣＲ１ 例，ＰＲ２ 例，ＳＤ９ 例。ＣＲ 和ＰＲ 持续６ ～１８ 个月，平均１１ 个月，ＣＲ、ＰＲ 及ＳＤ持续５ ～２４ 个月，平均９ 个月。脱发、恶心呕吐、骨髓抑制是主要副反应。 结论 阿霉素、丝裂霉素、５氟尿嘧啶联合化疗方案可以延缓部分对激素抗拒的前列腺癌的进展。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of combination chemotherapy with adriamycin,mitomycin and 5 fluorouracil for hormone refractory prostate cancer. Methods From April,1995 to July,1998, 15 cases of hormone refractoty prostate cancer were treated with a combination chemotherapy using adriamycin,mitomycin and 5 fluorouracil.Therapeutic response was evaluated using standard solid tumor response criteria. Results There were 1 complete response,2 partial responses and 9 stable diseases.The duration of complete response and partial response was 6～18 months ( mean 11 months ).The total response duration for CR,PR and SD was 5～24 months with a mean of 9 months.Reversible alopecia,myelosuppression,nausea and vomiting were the toxicities noted. Conclusions Combination chemotherapy with adriamycin, mitomycin, and 5 fluorouracil might be helpful for cases of hormone refractory prostate cancer.
