介绍了一种具有语音播报及记忆存储功能的矿用瓦斯报警器及其整机工作原理，并着重阐述了其语音合成部分的软、硬件设计过程。
A mine use methane alarmer with function of speech broadcasting and memory storage is introduced in the paper. Along with the description of the working principle the paper stresses the soft and hardware designing procedure of its voice synthesis part.
