At present,intranet is the hot point technology of network with low cost、practising smoothlly、using easily、high benefit of return.Acording to the conditions in Henan province,It has introduced a settlement of constructing guiding information net by technology of intranet in the province.As main net of guiding against flood,it can synthesize,send,feedback all kinds of sub?net information safely and flexibly by using the up?date device and technology.Thus,it can greatly increase the efficiency of work againt flood.
