介绍了适合于焦作矿务局古汉山矿高应力节理化顶板煤巷锚杆支护技术的应用情况;在支护设计中提出了以工程地质力学评估为基础, 综合考虑生产技术条件, 根据工程类比和工程量测法相结合所作的动态支护设计, 使设计更科学并符合实际; 在施工中, 采用国产风动旋转式钻机配快速安装器, 能显著提高钻眼安装速度, 缩短操作时间, 提高成巷速度. 经矿压观测, 以工程地质力学评估为基础的动态支护设计和架棚支护相比, 巷道稳定, 经济合理,
This paper introduces the study and application of roof bolt supporting in Guhanshan mine of Jiaozuo.Its coal drift exists heavily stress and jont system.Considering comprehensively the production specification,it has puts forward the methods of dynamic supporting based on the engineering geology mechanics and the method of engineering analogy and engineering measurement in order to raise working efficiency and speed.The method of dynamics supporting,compared with the traditional bolt supporting,it can decrease the convergence but improve the stability of coal drift.
