当前煤炭市场持续疲软。煤炭价格下滑,煤炭库存居高不下,煤炭供大于求的矛盾越来越突出。在煤炭工业严峻的经济形势下,煤炭企业应正确实施市场占有、价格、产品定座、煤炭出口、市场竞争和货款回收6 个策略,才能做好买方市场条件下的煤炭市场营销工作,实现煤炭企业的扭亏增盈。
In the presently slack coal market, coal prices are sliding down, coal stockpiles remain high and coal supply is continuously bigger than coal demands. Under such a severe situation, the coal enterprises should practice the following strategies such as striving for a niche in coal market, setting coal prices according to changing conditions, enhancing coal exports, participating in the market competition and recovering coal sale money. Only in this way is it possible to achieve good accomplishments in coal marketing and sales under the conditions of buyers' market and thus eliminating losses and increasing profits for coal mines.
