摘要
叙述了建国50年来，特别是在改革开放的20年中，黑色冶金矿山取得的巨大成绩和主要工作，指出存在的一些问题，并提出了进一步发展的若干建议。
Great successes that have been achieved and the main work that has been done since PRC's establishment 50 years ago, especially since the beginning of China's opening to outside and transformation 20 years ago, have been reviewed. Some existing problems have been pointed out and some suggestions on its further development have been put foward.
