摘要 制备了SBS-g-MAH接枝聚合物,并对其进行了表征。以SBS-g-MAH作为PVC/PA1010 共混体系的增容剂,对不同配比的PVC/PA1010/SBS-g-MAH共混体系的物理力学性能、流变性及差热性等进行了研究。结果表明,SBS-g-MAH 接枝聚合物对PVC/PA1010 共混体系起到了明显的增容作用,得到了缺口冲击强度及拉伸强度均较高的PVC/PA1010/SBS-g-MAH 共混物。 The SBS g MAH graft polymers were synthisized by graft polymerization of maleic anhydride(MAH) onto SBS, and they were analysed by FT IR. The SBS g MAH graft polymers were used as compatibilizers in blends of PVC and PA1010. Rheological properties and mechanical properties of PVC/PA1010/SBS g MAH blends were studied. The results show that SBS g MAH graft polymers can increase compatibility of blends of PVC and PA1010. The glass transition temperatures of PVC/PA1010/SBS g MAH blends were investigated by DSC. It shows that the glass transition temperature of the PVC/PA1010/SBS g MAH blend is only single.
