摘要
以甲基三乙氧基硅烷(MTES)、正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶工艺制备出均质透明的PMTES/SiO2 杂化玻璃,并进行IR、DTA、TG、SEM 测定。结果表明,该杂化玻璃的耐热性比有机玻璃优良,耐400℃高温,具有疏水透气性能,可用于文物陈列和水产养殖业。
Poly(methyl triethoxysilane)/silica organic inorganic hybrid glasses were synthesized by sol gel process, using methyl triethoxysilane and tetra ethoxysilane as start materials. The PMTES/SiO 2 hybrid glasses were characterized by IR, DTA, TG and SEM analystic methods. The results show that the material possesses more excellent heat resisting properites than that of organic glass and can keep stable even at 400 ℃. The outstretched methyl groups on the surface make the hybrid material possess hydrophobicity, while the microholes in the body make it possible for the material to ventilate. This new style glass can be used in the preservation of cultural relics and aquatic product.
