摘要
将丙烯酸等置于不同溶剂中,使用不同催化剂,在不同温度下,研究了液体环氧化聚丁二烯(LEPB)的开环羟基酯化动力学行为和反应活化能,其动力学符合二级反应。通过红外光谱和核磁共振谱图,讨论了合成反应的机制和产物的结构。同时还讨论了反应过程中的副反应。
The epoxy polybutadiene acrylate and the behavior of reaction kinetic and activation energy of esterification by epoxy ring opening between acrylic acid and epoxy polybutadiene in different solvents, catalysts and by different temperature and reaction time have been synthesized and studied, respectively. According to qualitative results of IR and 1HNMR spectrums, the reaction mechanism and structure of synthesized products have been discussed. In addition, the sidereaction of esterification has been discussed too.
