摘要
改变加料速率作了4 组VAc-BA 半连续乳液共聚的实验,测定了动力学并建立了简化的动力学模型,用Monte Carlo 方法模拟了反应过程中共聚物链段组成的分布,模拟了同种单体的最长链段长度,它可以作为微观相分离程度、微区尺寸大小的判据,模拟结果和文献报道进行了对照。对玻璃化温度这一聚合物溶混性的判断标准进行了补充和说明。
An experimental study of seeded semi continuous emulsion copolymerization of vinyl acetate(VAc) and butyl acrylate (BA) was carried out in an isothermal stirred vessel with continuous addition of neat monomer but different volumetric feed rate of monomer. A simpled mathematical model to simulate the experimental results was also developed. By using Monte Carlo method to simulate the distribution of copolymer segments during the process of VAc BA copolymerization, the longest segment size of same monomer can be simulated, it can be regard as the criterion of the degree of phase separation. Phase separation extent increases with the increase of feeding rate, the simulating results were compared with the experiment of Zhou Xiaoqi, Kong Xiangzheng.
