摘要
以苯酚和尿囊素作为原料， 一步合成５对羟基苯基乙内酰脲。采用正交试验法确定优惠工艺条件为： 苯酚与尿素投料比（ｍｏｌ／ｍｏｌ） 为２ ．２∶１ ， 催化剂为３０ ％ 盐酸， 反应温度８０ ℃， 反应时间６ｈ 。在此条件下收率为６４－６ ％ 。
