摘要
研究了以酚醛清漆为基料的外加填料型膨胀型防火涂料的配方及性能，探讨了脱水成炭催化剂、发泡剂以及不同的成炭剂三者的配合比及其用量对防火涂料性能的影响。实验发现， 采用季戊四醇、淀粉作为成炭剂， 脱水成炭催化剂∶成炭剂∶发泡剂＝ ５∶１．５∶３．５、填料∶漆基料重＝ ７∶３时， 涂料的防火性能较佳。
The mixed batch proportion and some properties of fire retardant paint based on phenolic resin varnish and expansible blending stock have been studied,and the proportion of the mixture of deaquation catalyst,bubbling reagent and different coking reagent as well as its effects of the amounts of the blending stock on the properties of fire retardant paint have also been researched.Experimental results have shown that if pentaerythritol or starch are used as coking reagent,and if the proportion of deaquation catalyst to coking reagent to bubbling reagent is 5∶1 5∶3 5 and the ratio of blending stock to basic paint material is 7∶3,the fire retardant paints will relatively achieve its best fire resistant properties.
