CRRT在严重挤压伤致急性肾功能衰竭中的应用 被引量：2

摘要 严重挤压伤是较为常见的一种损伤，常常伴发其他多部位损伤，由于肌肉受重物挤压，可造成肌肉组织缺血坏死，严重时导致急性肾功能衰竭，如果诊断及治疗不及时，预后差。连续性肾脏替代治疗（continuous renal replacement theraphy，CRRT）是治疗挤压综合征的有效办法，武警医学院附属医院。肾痫科自2005年7月～2009年10月应用CRRT治疗4例严重挤压伤致急性肾功能衰竭患者，疗效满意，现报告如下。
