浆膜型嗜酸细胞性胃肠炎三例 被引量：1

摘要 嗜酸细胞性胃肠炎（EG）是以胃肠道组织中嗜酸性粒细胞（EOS）异常浸润为特征的胃肠道疾病.根据EOS浸润胃肠道所累及的深度不同,EG被分为黏膜型、肌层型和浆膜型三种临床类型.EG是一种罕见疾病,而浆膜型EG更为罕见,文献报道仅占EG的10%.我科1990年12月至2009年12月共收治EG 42例,浆膜型EG仅3例,占7.1%.由于浆膜型EG非常罕见,临床容易被误诊或延迟诊断,现结合我科收治的3例浆膜型EG及相关文献对浆膜型EG的早期诊断、早期治疗及预防复发问题进行探讨.
