双轴拉伸薄膜横拉预热段长度的计算 被引量:1

摘要 本文从热平衡入手,通过严格的数学推导,获得双轴拉伸PET薄膜横拉预热段的长度计算公式。该公式比将比热(CP)视为常数的计算式更符合实际情况,并与国内文献报道的计算式进行了分析比较。用同样的方法可获得不同材料在比热随温度变化情况下预热段长度计算式。该式通常也适应热定型段、急冷段以及其它烘道加热、冷却段长度的计算。 Starting with thermal equililbrium, a calculating formula of the cross orientation preheating section for bi-oriented PETfilm was obtained by means of strict calculation. This formula was more closer to actual situation than the formula which tookCP as a constant, and a comparison was made between our formula and those reported in China. Formulas for the calculationof different materials could be obtained by the same method. The formula also be applied to the calculations of the length ofheat setting section, rapid cooling section, other heating section and cooling section.
