氢氧化铝、1,2-双三溴苯氧基乙烷、氧化锑阻燃高密度聚乙烯的研究 被引量:10

摘要 氢氧化铝和含卤阻燃剂或其与Sb_2O_3的并用体系用作高聚物的阻燃是正在发展中的方法,本文对其用于HDPE的阻燃性能进行了研究。结果表明,芳香族含溴阻燃剂的阻燃效率很大程度上依赖于它们的热稳定性,而与其含溴量并无直接的正比关系,就所研究的三种阻燃剂的阻燃效率,FR-3B>DBDPO>TBA;FA-3B与Sb_2O_3并用,当Br/Sb的摩尔比为3/1时,氧指数达到23.0的最大值,比单独用FR—3B高2.0;FR-3B与氢氧化铝并用的效果与总填充量有关,其临界填充量为45%;氢氧化铝与FR-3B—Sb_2O_3体系并用也与总填充量有关,临界填充量为40%,改变三者的比例可达到各级UL阻燃标准。 Flame-retarding polymer with Al(OH)_3, FR-3B or their mixing system with Sb_2O_3 is the a method being developednow. A study of the flame retardence of the above mentioned tetardants is made in this paper. The results showed that theflame retarding efficiency of Br containing compounds depended largely on their thermal stability, but was independent fromtheir Br-contents. Among the studied retardants, FR-3B is the highest efficient, while TBA the lowest. In FR-3B and Sb_2O_3mixed system, when mol ratio of Br/Sb was 3/1, the oxygen index maximized to 23. 0, 2.0 higher than FR-3B alone. Theefficiency of the mixed system FR-3B and Al(OH)_3 depended on the total amount of the retardant, the critical amount was45% the efficiency of Al(OH)_3/FR-3B/Sb_2O_3 system depended on the total amount, too, the critical amount was 40%. Bychanging the ratio of the three, the flame retardency of the product could reach to UL 94 standards.
