摘要
随着信息技术的不断发展和信息化系统的不断完善,电子形式的记录已经具备了档案的要素和特征。随着我国电子文件宏观管理体制的逐步建立,明确和使用"电子档案"一词对于做好信息时代档案管理工作具有重要作用。
With the fast development of Information Technology and improvement of the computer application technology, records in electronic forms have bearing the factors and features as archives do. To in compliance with the coming macro management system of electronic records in China, to know correctly the concept of electronic records is of the real and long meaning for the archives work to be done well.
