马来酸酐(MAH)接枝PP微观结构的研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文用宽角X射线衍射(WAXD)方法对MAH熔融接枝PP与未接枝PP进行了对比研究,并用红外光谱对接枝物的结构进行了表征。通过对谱图的分析,计算了结晶度、微晶尺寸、相对衍射强度等。结果表明,MAH的引入导致PP晶体形成较为单一的α型晶,阻滞了β型晶的形成,从而避免了影响产品不利因素的存在,提高了产品性能。此外,接枝后使材料的结晶度稍有下降、微晶在不同方向上的大小尺寸发生了变化,这必然引起晶体形状的变化,进而影响制品的性能。 Compared with non-graft PP, the graft copolymer of maleic anhydride(MAH) onto PP by fusion method was studied byWide-angle X-ray diffraction, and the structure of the graft copolymer was showen by IR spectrum. The crystallinity, crystaisize and relative diffracted intensity were calculated by the analysis of the spectra. The results showed that by introducing ofMAH, pure α-form crytallites grew, and the growth of β-form crystallite was stopped, thus eliminated the harmful factors thatwould impair the product properties. After the graft,the crystallinity decreased a little, the crystal size changed in different di-rection, and this caused the crystallite to change in form, and had effect on the produce properties.
