摘要
目的了解白洋淀表层沉积物间隙水和上覆水中各类氮盐浓度的空间分布特征和相关性。方法于2009年8月、10月和2010年3月、5月,对白洋淀排污口、垃圾区、养鱼区、养鸭区和水草生长区表层沉积物间隙水和上覆水中总氮、氨氮、硝酸盐氮和亚硝酸盐氮浓度进行测定。结果表层沉积物间隙水中总氮、氨氮、硝酸盐氮和亚硝酸盐氮浓度中位数分别为5.945 mg/L(范围为2.550~12.020 mg/L)、4.292 mg/L(范围为1.180~9.520 mg/L)、0.232 mg/L(范围为0.110~0.340mg/L)和0.080 mg/L(范围为0.005~0.092 mg/L)。上覆水中总氮、氨氮、硝酸盐氮和亚硝酸盐氮浓度分别为(1.771±0.808)、(0.951±0.433)、(0.095±0.082)和(0.010±0.007)mg/L。表层沉积物间隙水和上覆水中的总氮、氨氮、硝酸盐氮、亚硝酸盐氮浓度的相关系数分别是0.245 1,0.257 0,0.101 5,0.174 7(均P>0.05)。结论表层沉积物间隙水中各类氮盐浓度远高于上覆水,但氮盐在间隙水和上覆水中浓度无相关性。
Objective To investigate the spatial distribution characteristics and correlations of nitrogen salts between the interstitial water and overlying water in Baiyangdian Lake. Methods The water samples were collected at five typical sites in four seasons respectively. The five sites represented sewage discharging point, rubbish dumping site,fish-farm, duckery and plants growing region. The concentrations of total nitrogen(TN), ammonia nitrogen(NH4^+-N), nitrate nitrogen(NO3-N) and nitrite nitrogen (NO2^--N) in the interstitial water and overlying water were determined. Results The average concentrations of TN, NH4^+-N, NO3^-- N and NO2^--N in the interstitial water were 5.945 mg/L(in range of 2.550-12.020 mg/L),4.292 mg/L( 1.180-9.520 mg/L),0.232 mg/L (0.110-0.340 mg/L) and 0.080 mg/L (0.005-0.092 mg/L) respectively. The average concentrations of TN, NH4^+-N, NO3^--N and NO2^--N in the overlying water were(1.771±0.808) mg/L, (0.951±0.433) mg/L, (0.095±0.082) mg/L,and (0.010±0.007) mg/L respectively. The correlation coefficients of TN, NH4^+-N, NO3^--N and NO2-N between the interstitial water and overlying water were 0.2451,0.2570,0.1015 and 0.1747 respectively (P〉0.05). Conclusion Ammonia nitrogen is the main specie of nitrogen salts in the water,the concentration in the interstitial water is obviously higher than those in the overlying water. For the same nutrient specie, no correlation has been found between interstitial water and overlying water.
